2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States, lower 48 plus Washington DC

We are continually expanding our shipping capabilities. Please check back for updates.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping:  Free
  • White Glove Delivery on Certain Items: $500
  • Porch Delivery on Certain Items: $250

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after cut-off time, 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day

5. Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your shipment

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.


7.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where appropriate.


7.3 Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and details

We will investigate and arrange for replacement or refund as needed.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
