2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States, lower 48 plus Washington DC
We are continually expanding our shipping capabilities. Please check back for updates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Free
- White Glove Delivery on Certain Items: $500
- Porch Delivery on Certain Items: $250
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after cut-off time, 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day

United States
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

- Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

- Carrier information
- Link to track your shipment
7. Delivery Issues

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
7.3 Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and details
We will investigate and arrange for replacement or refund as needed.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
